Possibly... I wouldn't put it past them to do that, but I tend to believe they weren't expecting Iran to send that many missiles deep into Pissrael and were overwhelmed. Stopping everything would have been very expensive, and they know that Iran was primarly targeting military bases so civilian casualties would be nonexistent anyway.
