If legit, wow! I love making and eating sourdough. One of my sisters has celiac so I regularly think about what it would be like if I couldn't eat gluten. I'm going to have to look into this some more. Thanks!
Sourdough bread is not gluten free, but many people with gluten sensitivity or IBS can tolerate it. However, people with celiac disease should follow a strictly gluten-free diet and avoid sourdough.
Nice vid. That's what I do for my sourdough. So easy. I do an 18 hour and then a 2 hour raise so I don't even need a starter to get the right taste. I love bread so much and using my oven is my favorite thing about winter lol.
