The average european woman did not have children at sixteen since the mesolithic. Good (i.e Germanic) European countries northwest of the Hajnal line had late marriage age for women (23–24) and small marriage age disparity between men and women (2). For millenia. Church marriage records show this. Only elites married off their daughters at yound ages for purposes of business alliances. Cicero reports the age of marriage of German tribes to be no earlier than 20. Early legal marriage ages in states like alabama were passed so that knocked up nigger girls could be married properly in shotgun ceremonies. That wasn’t for whites.

The more exploitive you become of the reproductive potential of very young girls/women, the more it will backfire on you. The larger the age disparity between spouses, the more dysgenic your society will be. There are NO good countries where the average marriage age is 16 or even 18. They all look like afghanistan. Young girls make poor mothers. And they choose husbands poorly too. But I suppose you don’t care what they want from life. That will affect the personality traits that you select the men of your society for. NW European men, you are the sort of men that white women choose. Other groups do it differently.
