I've been thinking about what's going to happen when the immigrants like the Haitians encounter winter.

Springfield Iowa gets down to the teens.

They've never encountered this before, how are they going to handle it?

I know this because Hawaiians are the same way. They move to the mainland in the summer, but freak out in the winter a return home to live in a shoebox rather than endure cold outside.
