Basically since youtube is really run by multi-channel media firms those firms have pivoted to hiring actual strippers and then making the same kind of content they make on youtube but shorter.

I promise these tiktok thots have as much independence as creators on youtube, which is basically zero.

Bagpipes are designed to sound like complete trash and they absolutely do. Even the Scottish bizaarly take pleasure in a sound that was deliberately made unnerving.

The idea is that after victory in battle, you collect the bodies of your fallen adversary. You clean and hollow out their bones and send their intestines to the tannery. Out of these, you fashion bagpipes: a war instrument.

In the moments before the next battle, you ensure that your enemy's first exposure to your army is the god-awful sound of your soldiers literally making music with the dead bodies of the last people they defeated. Thus, psychological advantage is obtained.

Bagpipes sound like shit because they're supposed to.

For 1,000 years the bag pipes sounded like shit.
Then Rock and Roll was invented and the Bag Pipes could finally sound epic.
And instead of embracing it, everyone just ignored the Bagpipe's potential.
