It isn't wrong. The debate about burning the flag has gone on since the 60's. Trump gets the bonus for saying that the constitution must be amended to exempt flag burning from the free speech clause. Politicians for decades wanted to simply ban it, which is understandable.

Go be ghey on reddit, where they insist its illegal to burn the fag flag cause "hate speech" isn't free speech like Tim Walz said, specifically.

The Flag Desecration Amendment was proposed in 1968 and since then 48 states had had flag burning bans in place until the Supreme Court ruled it was unconstitutional.

No one "disagrees" with the 1st amendment, but many people feel niggers and shit skins from shithole countries should not be allowed to burn the American flag in America.
