The little strings around their waist are supposed to symbolize their great generosity to all the people that they have impoverished around them because it symbolizes them leaving the fences around the stolen fields slightly broken on the corners so that the poor peasants they've impoverished can steal just enough food to survive. In the Jewish mindset this is their great altruism and it doesn't even occur to them that maybe they shouldn't have stolen all the land and be the sole landlord of all the land because their supremacy completely permeates every fiber of their being and they just naturally think they should own everything and everyone should be a poor servant to them.
There is no bigger or worse or more active or more impactful or more detrimental supremacy than Jewish supremacy.
Whats your source on this? The jews are commanded to wear “tzitzits” in the Torah. Tzitzit is translated as fringe:
37 And the Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying, 38 Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue: 39 And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of Yahweh, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring: 40 That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your Elohim.
— Numbers 15: 37-40
Thou shalt make thee fringes upon the four quarters of thy vesture, wherewith thou coverest thyself.
— Deuteronomy 22:12
The Talmud may have some gay story about the reason for this because it is based on Oral Torah (aka shit the rabbis made up which was not anywhere in the Torah but which they want to attribute to Moses who they claim wrote the Torah.
Now Leviticus 19 says
Ye shall not round the corners of your heads, neither shalt thou mar the corners of thy beard.
— Lev 19:27
.... right after it says
And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not wholly reap the corners of thy field, neither shalt thou gather the gleanings of thy harvest. And thou shalt not glean thy vineyard, neither shalt thou gather [every] grape of thy vineyard; thou shalt leave them for the poor and stranger: I [am] Yahweh your Elohim
—Lev 19:9-10
And these two practices seem connected, ie. Don’t round the corners of your hair (goofy payot curls) OR your fields. The practice of not harvesting the corners was ostensibly to allow the poor (Israelites, not foreigners) to pick over the corners for a bit of grain. I dont think this pertained to foreigners (‘ger’, ‘goyim’, whose land they stole, but I could be wrong.) Was the practice of payot (curls) symbolic of the the field thing? Probably not, but someone might have explained it that way in a later era. The tzitzit may also have been explained later as some sort of symbolism of charity. But at the time this practice started there was probably some more mundane explanation that the rabbis don’t know about. Eventually it became a shibboleth which separated “good” israelites from goyim or disobedient ones. Remember these rabbinical explanations were created 1 or 2 thousand years ago to interpret practices from 3 thousand years ago. They don’t know what theyre talking about in most cases. Thats my two cents.
Edit: it seems Im wrong about foreigners not being able to glean the vinyards as “stranger” is a translation of “ger” which is a word to describe the non-israelite folk living among them in Cana’an whose land they stole. Essentially goyim.

But where does it say tzitzits are symbolic of the corners of the field ? Maybe the payot are symbolic of it but why the tzitzits? Yahweh just says “wear tzitzits to remind you not to go whoring”
