Some focus group somewhere, after their 15th meeting, came up with this term from some made-up study created to get free gov funding. The made-up study, with incredibly dubious methodology, said a certain group of words helps communication/propaganda be more received by the intended audience.

The focus group, swilling soy latte's filled with 900 cals of sugar, hyped themselves up to frothing fervor, as communists do, and hyper-focused on this one word.

The enemy can be incredibly clever at times, but they mostly do obvious shit like this.
