Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington

Solution - Move from those states ASAP.

It's only going to get worse in them before it gets better. I'm pretty sure those are some of the highest taxed state in the U.S. to begin with.
