I prefer this setup. Low sauce, real food, fresh veg, low-carb toasted buns, beef on open flame or iron pan/top, cheese melted on residual heat of beef as you set up the rest, layered like this to keep it all together while you eat.

I like mayo in burger too. I didn't know before I tried it, but mayo is tasty with a burger. Obviously it depends on mayo quality. Yellow mayo is disgusting with burgers. White mayo is awesome.

When I first moved to London, the only burger joints were called WIMPY BURGER. People ate small hamburgers on bun using a knife and fork.
