Another good indicator is how many points of contact you need to go from sitting on the floor, to standing upright.

The other test is to sit cross legged on the floor. If you can stand up without using your hands your longevity prognosis is good. This is a test for your older folks, kids can easily do this (well, not the fat ones.)

Another test is to say nigger and kike outloud in a populated area. If the others around you don't chimp out or kevetch your longevity is looking good.
