Not sure but in "my little town" across the border in NSW...e-scooters are not only unlawful to use on public roads etc but the aboriginal kids don't wear helmets; dink and ride on the footpaths.

You will be fine queeri, I can't imagine you going anything over 2mph(too scary for you) and are fully ppe'd up, knee protectors, arm protectors,gloves, hi vis pants and coat.
