wrong. there were several european celts incursions from ireland. for example ppl of north western spain (galicia) have their roots from scotland and ireland. people indigenous of the area still blow bagpipes and have a form of ancestral worship (syncretic with catholicism) their languages though of roman origin have many loaned words from celtic language.

Although I could see why you disagree with the quote, it doesn’t imply that celtic people DIDN’T originate from scotland/Ireland. Chalk it up to a non-native English language user writing the article.
