We talked to Ankush Khardori, a senior writer for Politico Magazine who oversaw this poll

Yeah. No bias detected.

If this were true, why are exactly NONE of the state's polling reflective of this change?

Trump is still winning in all 7 swing states, 2 by such a large margin that they aren't considered "swing states" any more, and VA a once "leans Biden" state is now within 1 percentage point?

Of course, politico is famous for pushing the russiagate hoax and the "Russian disinformation laptop hoax" and many other anti-trump stories that turned out to be total lies.

So, you're saying polling is accurate?

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 11 monthsJun 19, 2024 14:07:00 ago (+0/-0)

As accurate as the Russia collusion hoax and the claim that Hunter budens laptop was Russian disinformation.

If it was accurate, wouldn't the state polls at real clear politics reflect a change?

Simple yes or no. You claim trump is ahead in the swing states in polls. Do you believe that accurately reflects the vote if voting took place now?

In a free and fair election, taken today, Trump would win 312-226.

So, you're saying polls are correct.

Why are you trying to restate what I'm saying?

What's "the polls"? Each poll has a methodology. Some are better than others. That's why real clear politics exists. They break the states down, and aggragate all the major polls and average out the various polls. Are they accurate? Some more than others.

TCP had Biden winning the swing states in 2016. So at least you're admitting Biden won the election legitimately

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 11 monthsJun 20, 2024 06:44:12 ago (+0/-0)

Biden wasn't the nominee in 2016, fool. And yes, RCP had Biden winning in 2020. They don't now. And no, I did not admit Biden won legitimately. There is clear evidence too the contrary.

You tried to restate what I said, and I called you out for it. Now, you're just pretending that I actually said what you tried to restate. You're an utter fuckin' fag.

[ - ] Sal_180 [op] 0 points 11 monthsJun 20, 2024 11:31:56 ago (+0/-0)

Apologies, I meant 2020. RCP poll is to be trusted only when it suits you?

Back in 2016 many of the "polls" had Clinton 96%, and Trump 4% to win the election.

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 11 monthsJun 19, 2024 19:32:48 ago (+0/-0)

1. "Polls" didn't have Clinton at 96%. Pundits did. Polls don't work that way.

2. Popularity polls are worthless. We do not elect presidents by popular vote, so taking a nationwide popularity vote doesn't reflect any reality in the politics of running for president.

The (((newrepublic.com))) seems an awful lot like the same old commie bullshit.
