Nice! I think my favorite so far has been the bread because it has come out so nice each time, lol! Second I would say has been the banana bread variations.
I've got some durum wheat for the purpose of trying out some homemade pasta in the future here, I'd like to see how that has been turning out for you.
And yeah, the mills are a bit costly, I went with one of the cheaper options, the WonderMill for ~$300. The biscuits I got from freshly ground White Sonora alone is almost worth it to me, but I do wish I maybe went with the NutriMill Harvest (stone ground) for the ability to make a coarser texture ala Cream of Wheat. Which the WonderMill can't really do, it's coarsest setting is still very fine (impact mill).

I don't have a strong opinion for them, as I have never tried them. But my initial thoughts are that as soon as the grain is opened, it is beginning to oxidize, so I would assume more nutrient would be available before-hand.

I've tried it, and I like the few ingredients it has plus, yes, it does have more nutritional value than regular bread. Just wanted to hear what others thought.

Yes! Sue Becker's videos were my introduction into the home milling world too. Only Real Bread - Staff of Life https://youtu.be/43s0MWGrlT8 That's the video that hooked me. I've been watching a lot of Felicia Jocelyn's videos recently (who @Gowithit recommended). They're much shorter and to the point. https://www.youtube.com/@GrainsandGrit

@Gowithit has the idea. It was one of Sue Becker's videos that I watched and really took to heart. Only Real Bread - Staff of Life https://youtu.be/43s0MWGrlT8 It sat right in my soul that this was true and that I needed to go down this road.
He asked if there will be Jesus bread, I took that to mean unleavened bread, the kind that Jesus broke among his disciples. Ya know, thousands of years after pharaoh...
The leaven represents the sinful doctrines of the pharisees and the world. Jesus is the bread of life and was without sin, so therefore is represented by unleavened bread. I'm not sure why you think 'unleavened bread' is somehow 'jewish' in and of itself. You're obviously a well-poisoner.
You are the perfect example of a Christ-Cuck who has never read the Bible, so you don't understand what you believe.
You don't even know that the last supper was on Passover. And you don't even know what was being "passed over".
I'll give you a clue. It's Jews. The Jews asked their Jew-God to genocide the Egyptians and the Jews placed lamb's blood on their doors so the Jew-God's curse would "pass over" the Jew's house and only kill the first born of the Egyptian's sons. The Jews had to flee so quickly they had no time to leaven their bread.
But, you didn't know that, because Christ-Cucks don't actually read the Bible.
Yeah, we cultivated wheat to feed to the lower classes who raised livestock for us to eat. Wheat is awesome... If you are a nobleman who doesn't have to eat it.
Keep telling yourself that. Look up historical royal menus such as tudors. You will see plenty-a bread and cakes galore. Sure, the rich and the ruling had lots of meat too but actually they had a lot of gelatin and roots AND bread with their meat. They also had dessert that the peasants couldn’t afford. Only the ruling class could have themselves eat cake
