Claire Robinson, managing editor of GMWatch, told The Defender that Bayer's gene-edited mustard greens have not been examined for health or environmental risks.

"They could contain toxins or allergens," she said. "We just don't know."

"And why anyone would want to genetically modify mustard greens to make them less, well, mustardy, is a complete mystery to me.”

I would not touch that crap with a 100 foot pole. CRISPR is not as laser accurate as the pharma marketing department wants everyone to believe. There is always collateral damage to the genome, and the consequences of those modifications can not be predicted by anyone. The plant could contain new toxins or any randomly generated molecules because of the collateral damage. It's therefore simply playing Russian roulette any time you consume CRISPR food.

WHY NOT JUST FUCKING BUY KALE OR SPINACH???

People that eat this deserve what they get.
I bet it’s delicious on a Big Mac or a Whopper (with XL fries and a Diet Coke)….
