That is an eruv. It's a trick to extend their home so they can do things otherwise forbidden on the sabbath. They have weird laws like not being able to carry anything outside of their home like keys or a wallet on the sabbath.

That wouldn't make sense. The laws in deuteronomy and laviticus, the 10 commandments, and what amounts to "God's Law" is legit. That isn't Satanism. The manual, written by people who demanded Christ be crucified, teaches these Satanist how to break these laws, as they believe, without suffering God's wrath. These are the Satanists.
