No it’s not. Kerosene (jet fuel) is a combustible liquid, but not a flammable liquid at atmospheric temperature and below.

A flammable liquid has a potentially explosive mixture in its vapor space that can be ignited with a a spark.

A combustible liquid’s vapor space has not reached the lower explosive limit of fuel content. It cannot be ignited by a spark.

Since the concern is with static discharge, which is a spark. There is no concern with an explosion or fire.

Th concern can wait until the next scheduled maintenance or overhaul.

I wouldn’t. That thing will still fall out of the sky for plenty of other reasons.
