Eddie bought a Charvel factory second that had flaws, cuz it was cheap. It was a raw wood blank body. The rest he pieced together himself. Lynn did NOT build the guitar.

He was not the maker of Ed's Frankenstrat. He made the body that Ed purchased. Ed built his own guitar out of many different parts because that guitar type didn't exist before Ed. Eddie innovated many things; amps, pick-ups, D-tuna, locking nuts, floyd rose, etc
