I'm currently at one of the Culver's in my area and this kid who can't be older than 13 took my order. WTF. This is illegal.

Don’t act like he’s in a factory slaving away 12 hour shifts lol. He can only probably work like 2 hours a day 10 hours a week or so.

In my state, there's no minimum age for kids to work if the parent owns the business.
This may not be illegal depending on how the franchise is defined.

Also, if the franchise, which is a business, is family owned, in most states they can employ family children legally. Even in gay California where I am.
