This is about the judge, James Burke,that fucked up his trial with what looks like an aggregeious and obvious fuck up.

The reversible error seems so horrendously aggregeious that my first thought was, "that muther fuckin' judge is a jew and did this so that Weinstein will get off". I was shocked to see his name was Burke. A municipal court judge would know better.
