I was thinking more of ramen and thinking, in what creative ways did the nigger fuck up so bad that this almost killed him and how can whites use it for their advantage.

There was a ChubbyEmu video about something similar. Dude lost his job and ate a ton of ramen. It made him sick as hell and he almost died multiple times.

There was another one a decade ago that got scurvy from eating nothing but cheese sandwiches. His doctor made him eat an orange every day. Fuckin scurvy.

I mean, the guy was also gassed up on a huge cocktail of steroids, and he was eating a shitload. There have been personalities who became known for this in every generation since steroids became widely accessible. It's different in every case, but it's the same general idea. Rich Piana and CT Fletcher both come to mind, both being at opposite ends of a spectrum. Piana was probably running his shit in the most sophisticated way you can imagine. Fletcher was not, and was instead famous for eating like 4,000 calories of McDonalds every day at the height of his training.

The lesson is: if you push your body to extremes, extreme things happen.

The secondary lesson is: if you're going to do it, don't do it like a nigger. Then again, Fletch and Cali Muscle are both alive, while Piana is dead.
