i helped a person with this problem online with just a prayer. well, this person was suffering from this thing and he was an atheist. i told him to say a prayer in the name of God since he had nothing to lose doing it at best nobody will know about it

well, it worked. the apparitions were gone overnight. demons are not a figment of the imagination, otherwise the prayer of the atheist wouldnt have worked like it did.

its true that God answers by faith but who's to know that he acted on this guys behalf just to teach him that there's a God?

It's the sleep paralysis "demon". Yes it's real, I've seen it when waking up a couple of times. It's not a clear monster you see but some sort of fuzzy dreaming-while-awake-sorta-blind-sight... thing.

I stared it down and reviewed how I had suffered and lived through more fearful things than it could ever threaten me with. Never saw it again afterwards.
