i helped a person with this problem online with just a prayer. well, this person was suffering from this thing and he was an atheist. i told him to say a prayer in the name of God since he had nothing to lose doing it at best nobody will know about it
well, it worked. the apparitions were gone overnight. demons are not a figment of the imagination, otherwise the prayer of the atheist wouldnt have worked like it did.
Prayers work by faith. The bible says so. Is he still an Atheist? If so he doesn't have faith and his prayers can do nothing. Maybe instead he thought "This is the last time I talk to this guy about my problems."

you need faith to be saved that's true but i dont think God needs your faith to heal you.
for salvation is necessary for healing not so much.

It's the sleep paralysis "demon". Yes it's real, I've seen it when waking up a couple of times. It's not a clear monster you see but some sort of fuzzy dreaming-while-awake-sorta-blind-sight... thing.
I stared it down and reviewed how I had suffered and lived through more fearful things than it could ever threaten me with. Never saw it again afterwards.

Funny. I've had sleep paralysis. Mine was a witch and seemingly pretty corporeal. I wouldn't assume everyone has the same experience. And I've only had a "demon" present once in the four or five times I've had sleep paralysis. So not only will it be different from person to person. It's going to be different experience to experience. It's a dream. It's not exactly going to play by any rules.
