MMA is the most based sport. I know, that's not saying a lot, but it's only men and women from MMA who have the guts to say shit like this. Hell, Gina Carrano threw away a massive deal with Disney because she refused to apologize for saying "There are only two sexes".
Actually getting in shape and building muscle does that to you. I say Actually because there is a whole flood of bullshit they try to connect with health and improving yourself that doesn't do shit but disappoint and leave you broke. Those are all the things jews push.
But get in the gym, work hard and do it correctly, eat right and build muscle and you start to see through all the bullshit.
Someone said this about skateboarding too, that it makes you see things so much cleaner but I don't know, I'm not a skateboarder.
I've had a fuckton of people come to me and ask how to get in shape, get strong, build muscle, etc and whatever I answer they respond with some jewish take about how that doesn't actually work and if you eat candy and sit on your ass it's really healthy or some stupid kike bullshit. No. Getting in shape and actually changing and improving yourself makes you see the world very differently. I can see that MMA is the same way. Once you're in shape you start to see everyone else as lazy, lying or beneath you in some way. Probably because they are.
The global downfall of testosterone in men is changing the way they see the world exactly because the average man today does not see the world the same way as a hundred years ago, and wouldnt even if nothing changed.
I'm really open to helping people and will give them the whole lowdown and show them how to do it but every time I have they've either brought up the jewish bullshit I'm talking about or they'll finish their workout and run out and eat a dozen doughnuts or some shit, which just negates all that work.
