Soon there will be only one landlord. Blackrock.

Which itself is merely another face on the jewish mega-corp conglomeration.

On the other hand, the 'apartment buildings' in that story are not designed to attract legitimate human beings.

Pod-people palaces.

Gotta be a jew in the mix there somewhere.

Of course. The "AI" or "algorithm" is the new bogie-man for the jews to blame their atrocities on.

It takes a certain amount of intellect to understand what a computer is up to. Even more so to understand that algorithms, AI, and other programs are carefully crafted over time to do exactly what they are doing. These things aren't "accidentally" doing shit.

Most people simply believe everything the magic machine-god tells them. They will argue with you, screaming at the top of their lungs while red in the face, when you prove the machine-god wrong with something as simple as a bit of algebra written on a the back of a cardboard box.

This is BS. Essentially landlords created a Kelly Blue Book for figuring out the going rate for an apartment with certain features. I guess everyone selling a used car and using Kelly Blue Book for reference is also anti-consumer price fixing?

The government: "All of these properties with similar characteristics are going for the same price! Something must be broken!" It's called commoditization. It's what happens when markets are efficient and people have access to enough information to not price things with guess work. Consumers also have access to more information and tools to also not do guess work. That's going to further pressure similar properties to similar prices. Oh no!

Jews hate this because they can't spend 20 hours looking for an apartment that is $5 a month cheaper than another.

Also this is them trying to deflect for inflation. The real cause of inflation, flips a deck of cards, is people being allowed to use software in a business.

Stop printing money. Problem solved.

Rent is up 20% = collusion!

Food is up 30% = 🙈🙉🙊

Now do property tax.

The funny part is that the concept of a "demon" is literally the same as "algorithm". From https://www.etymonline.com/word/demon

The Demon of Socrates (late 14c. in English) was a daimonion, a "divine principle or inward oracle." His accusers, and later the Church Fathers, however, represented this otherwise. The Demon Star (1895) is Algol (q.v.) .also from c. 1200

and also:

Algol
variable star (Beta Persei) in the constellation Perseus, late 14c., literally "the Demon," from Arabic al-ghul "the demon" (see ghoul). It corresponds, in modern representations of the constellation, to the gorgon's head Perseus holds, but probably it was so called because it visibly varies in brightness every three days, which sets it apart from other bright stars.

The computer language (1959) is a contraction of algo(rithmic) l(anguage); see algorithm.

I wish I was bullshitting you, but I'm not.

Have you ever written an algorithm?

[ - ] Dingo -2 points 1 weekApr 21, 2024 19:55:15 ago (+0/-2)

Have you ever ...

The act of responding is literally a form of "spell-casting" if the ideas take root, i.e. become "cast".

Indeed, using computers to iterate algorithms to predict the future is (by literal definition) necromancy, a subset of sorcery. Strange, but true.

Ah, you're retarded, never mind then.

[ - ] Dingo -1 points 1 weekApr 21, 2024 21:40:35 ago (+0/-1)

It seems you don't know what to do with the information. It happens sometimes, I should have vetted your further.

Good luck with your journey.

I see no real problem with this. Ultimately the market will adjust. Of course they’re trying to charge the highest amount possible to maximize their profits. Any sane business would do the same. What limits it is people’s ability to pay.

So they’re using an “algorithm” to figure out what to charge. So what? Maybe it’s 10% more accurate than pencil and paper for an experienced landlord.

I say free market all the way. No rent control. No legislation. Let it all even out and settle.

Youre good with monopolies?

[ - ] PotatoWhisperer2 0 points 1 weekApr 21, 2024 19:10:26 ago (+0/-0)

The problem is that it's jews jewing things up and having the government and banks protect them from any consequences or allowing anyone else to compete fairly.

[ - ] BoozyB 0 points 1 weekApr 21, 2024 19:45:39 ago (+0/-0)

If you have a mortgage on a rental property, you are not competing in a free market.
You're paying interest to jewish banks.
Jew banks don't charge fellow jews interest.
You are playing a rigged game.

[ - ] Clubberlang 1 point 1 weekApr 21, 2024 21:50:03 ago (+1/-0)

What if it's paid off and your still paying land/property tax you're still playing a rigged game.
