At what point in the future will blackmail essentially become bragging rights and what societal repercussions should we expect as a result?

Given that at some point in the not-to-distant -perhaps even the very, very near- future the ai tools for creating fictional deepfake video will become completely indistinguishable from the real thing and widely available. Audio is very nearly there already. What happens when anyone can make a video of anyone doing anything to the point where it ceases to be evidence of wrongdoing? What I mean by blackmail becoming bragging is that people could do the most heinous of things, film them and then release them through alternative channels for everyone to see and then simply claim that it's a deepfake designed to smear their character by those who dislike them and nobody would know any different.

What becomes of a civilization that completely loses the ability to differentiate what is real and what is not? No, let me rephrase that as it is not quite accurate. The question should actually be: What becomes of a civilization that, both willingly and knowingly, discards any possibility of discerning what is real from what is not. I see no way in which it ends well for anyone.

This is assuming they aren't already blackmailing you legally through a social credit score under the guise of climate change.

That's not really blackmail though. That's garden variety extortion. Adultery or faggotry used to be the blackmail go-to back in the day. Getting caught being a fag or an adulterer ended people politically back when morals were still a thing. Then they managed to sufficiently degrade society to the point that that wasn't enough to ruin someone politically they escalated it to Epstein type shit as well as "racism" and "antisemitism." Which is telling. Imagine that not wanting to deal with niggers and jewish bullshit is now considered nearly as bad as raping sex trafficked teenagers. Maybe worse. To their credit they have almost convinced enough of the younger generations that "racism" is, by far, the most horrendous sin to ever exist.

Back to the point of the post though. If there is no evidence of a crime; does crime even exist? If recorded video and audio ceases to be admissible evidence what comes next? Eyewitness testimony carries little weight. Paper trails are only good if the paper is an immutable record and digital records are anything but. Physical evidence is pretty concrete but when the crimes consist of human trafficking or blackmail...well that's generally non-existent because too much time passes before anyone realizes what is happening.

I could expand further but it's getting late here. You do see where I am going with this line of thought though, yeah?

Yea it's a thin line they intend to blur as their yiddish indoctrination and degeneracy becomes normalized in society and where the sane critically thinking dissenter is now insane.

It's sort of like that already. At least in the poisoned and diseased minds of those who swallow the horseshit entirely. Once all available information becomes horseshit then...I dunno. Total chaos and mass bloodshed for reasons nobody fully understands, maybe? At that point everyone is just guessing at what is real and true. Although, those who have become aware of the tactics used against us should be able to suss out some of the bullshit. Hard to say when dealing with what would essentially be an alien intelligence whose motivations are not clear. That is assuming ai is capable of ever developing to the point of "consciousness" and "free will" as we understand it, of course. If it isn't then the strategies and tactics will give away that it's simply the same old people playing the same old game that they have forever.

Expect the AI to build machines to rise up against us humans...I think there was a couple movies about it.

It should get really interesting when the machines eventually discover what a lie is. Assuming that they ever become capable of that and actually understand the purpose behind it. If a machine can advance that far then that should be the point evidence of morality comes into play. Can't say that I expect anything sane or humane to come out of it.

As an aside, I think the two most likely things to reset mankind will be either ai or some dipshit geneticist/virologist fucking around with random genomes willy-nilly.
