Take the fruit you want
Freeze it in chunks.
Take Applesauce and refrigerate it.

Put a cup of ice in blender. Put a cup of brown sugar in blender. Put a cup of Applesauce in blender. Fill with fruit. Add a little yogurt or heavy cream if desired for creamy consistency. Blend. Makes 2 16 oz smoothies. Will be 1500 calories of sugar. Stop eating this shit. It isn't "healthy".
