I don't agree with his attitude when interacting with the police but his information and tactic are good. It's about Not giving them a reason to arrest you that can stand up in court and it's about not giving them an excuse to say they were afraid for their life so they shoot you. It only takes one out of control policeman to end your life. And if you've ever been pulled over even for normal traffic violations when you didn't do anything wrong even as a white person and increasingly as a white person you are targeted you will run into some that lose their heads.
Your goal in my opinion is to be polite and respectful while still exercising your legal rights so that you survive to go to court and win.
That dude is a GIANT asshole! He's the reason Officers shoot people! Whenever I've been asked these questions, I have an honest answer, and that was the end of it. I either got a ticket or I didn't! You Young-uns, be VERY careful about the advice you get from social media!
