The government said Japan plans to admit up to 820,000 foreigners under its skilled worker visa in the next five fiscal years from April, more than double the number it had estimated would have been accepted in the five years through fiscal 2023 ending in March.
Japan does not have the people to fill the jobs to maintain their industrial economy. I imagine some of those skilled workers will also be white people in Japan. Most of them just go about working which their visa is dependant on. Japan's bigger problem is the low birthrates. South Korea hospitals sometimes go months without a single child birth. China even worse. These countries are collapsing and need workers to fill the gap.
