Not only did it put it at risk every single person on the highway including the 12 year old girl but it also destroyed the car that was stolen so the owner of the car is worse off then when the car was stolen.

As if a 12-year-old at the wheel of a car isn't a MASSIVE threat to everyone on the road. Stopping them as soon as possible, even if it means killing their stupid little ass, is the only sensible thing to do. If this were an 18-year-old nigger at the wheel, you'd be singing a different tune, right?

I'm not a huge fan of police, but the majority of the time, they're dealing with threats that could potentially reach me or my loved ones or our property.
I can separate police actions such as "illegal searches and seizures" and "excellent traffic work" like this.
