I swear every year I hear some story about how this is going to be some kind of weird unique year for the cicadas. Let me tell you every year in my whole life I've gone out and there been those little cicada shells on the side of the trees or the things molt. Every single year. This whole idea that they all stay underground for these long periods of time and every 20 years or every weird event that there's just going to be a mass of them has never ever proven true. This is also going to be the same b*******.
