Perfect? Hell no, you just need a specific AI to handle a specific problem. Layer them into their areas of specificity, and you have a large system able to handle large data-problems. Like deploying, communicating with, and aiming a million suicide drones.
In this case I'm talking about low-level AI, basically decision engines that are heavily programmed and tested ahead of time to handle a specific task. We already have the tech for this shit, we just have to hire enough competent White men to build it.
