You boarded a plane, sitting there, then you notice the pilot is a diversity hire and you don't want to fly anymore. What do? Sure you can make a scene and display a tantrum. But it would be preferable to not end up banned from the airline or even worse end up on a do not fly list. I suppose there could be other reasons why you would want to change your mind and not want to fly after you get on the plane. Are there any legal rights you have?
Simple, just turn around and leave. Not many people are big enough to keep me from leaving. They have no right to detain you, therefore you can just leave.

"Just noticed the pilot is a nigger, and I don't want to die."
Might cause a bit of a scene, but maybe you could lie and say you just got a call your mom/dad/husband/wife was just in a serious car crash and you need to get to the hospital ASAP. Do it before they close the doors and leave the gate.
Just remember, you've already tolerated the TSA to be there. The FAA is on a big push to hire individuals with 'diverse mental capabilities'. Oh wait, are you on a Boeing plane?

If they ask why just say "because I don't"
Say it as many times as you need to.
They'd rather you get off on the ground than make a scene in the air. Just say no to nigger pilots.

You could start there and search for all legal avenues that would force them to allow you to deplane.

If he was suspected of assault of some kind against you, would he get kicked off the flight instead?
