What would be the proper procedure to get off a plane after boarding.

submitted by germ22 to AskUpgoat 1.2 yearsMar 19, 2024 15:44:23 ago (+2/-0)     (AskUpgoat)

You boarded a plane, sitting there, then you notice the pilot is a diversity hire and you don't want to fly anymore.
What do?
Sure you can make a scene and display a tantrum. But it would be preferable to not end up banned from the airline or even worse end up on a do not fly list.
I suppose there could be other reasons why you would want to change your mind and not want to fly after you get on the plane. Are there any legal rights you have?

If it's a Boeing, you can just gently rub the window.

gently rubbing intensifies

Start claiming that the person sitting next to you is not real.

LOL, yea I suppose that is a proven method. But I'd categorize that under making a scene.

It's okay if you got great looking knockers

Simple, just turn around and leave. Not many people are big enough to keep me from leaving. They have no right to detain you, therefore you can just leave.

Just say no. I don't feel safe with this crew, I want another flight. I'm getting off.

If they ask why just say "because I don't"

Say it as many times as you need to.

They'd rather you get off on the ground than make a scene in the air. Just say no to nigger pilots.

They have no right to detain you, therefore you have the right to remove all obstacles they place in you way. Up to and including other people.

There is an airline "Passenger's Bill of Rights" in the U.S.

You could start there and search for all legal avenues that would force them to allow you to deplane.

Just get off.

Are there any legal rights you have?

If he was suspected of assault of some kind against you, would he get kicked off the flight instead?

"Just noticed the pilot is a nigger, and I don't want to die."

Might cause a bit of a scene, but maybe you could lie and say you just got a call your mom/dad/husband/wife was just in a serious car crash and you need to get to the hospital ASAP. Do it before they close the doors and leave the gate.

Just remember, you've already tolerated the TSA to be there. The FAA is on a big push to hire individuals with 'diverse mental capabilities'. Oh wait, are you on a Boeing plane?

Start wretching and acting dizzy, nauseous, etc

Fake a heart attack, or figure out how to have a panic attack. It should get you out without LEOs involved.

Make up an emergency like you just received a text or call that your father/spouse etc has a medical issue.
