We've come across situations when the enemy runs toward us in attempt to surrender, only to be shot in the back by his own forces.

We also come across situations in which after a storm we find soldiers with wounds to their arms, legs, torso, and with a clean controlled shot to the head. Implying that instead of rescuing their wounded they execute them.

Even in situations when we try to rescue a wounded Ukrainian they attack with drones. For them this is just another opportunity to inflict casualties.

No, to answer your question. The Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC) only protects clearly marked (e.g red cross, red crescent) non-combatants. Enemy combatants rescuing each other are fair game.
