Found an old Encyclopedia Britannica set - Need some advice

I went to an estate sale and found an Encyclopedia set. I glanced at it but couldn't find the date. It wasn't in the first few pages like it commonly is for other books. The people running the sale were charging $200 for the whole set, but if it survives today it'll be $100 tomorrow and I can probably haggle $20 off that.

We all know these things are rewritten to change the current narrative and I am interested in picking this up. What should I look for to peg the date? Aside from the obvious Holocaust, what other notable entries should I check up on? For the right price I might resell it.

Research an event significant to a specific decade...1980s, Mount St Helen's eruption, 1970s, Fall of Saigon...1960s, 6 day War assassination of JFK...1950s, Rosenberg execution Korean War...1940s, Operation KEELHAUL...if you find anything re the ✡ hollowcost and you payed more than $4.99 for the set then you got ripped off and the set is most likely post 1972. If any of the aforementioned events are not noted then you know that the set is older than that decade

there should be a copyright date in the first few pages. i get encyclopedia sets at every opportunity. you're going to be amazed at the damage they've already done to our beautiful language. the bastards.

Is the date in Roman numerals and you just missed it? Some old books only have that date format. Look for the holocaust, if it's missing, buy it.

My parents' Britbongica is from 1958 and says so on every spine. But it should say either in the first or last volume. If it's old, it's worth the $200.

I recently paged through a set of 1960 Colliers encyclopedia at a collectibles shop.
There was no entry starting with Holo......

That's because the fictitious TV mini series that started the Holocaust myth didn't aire until the late 1970's.

I picked up the encyclopedia. And it does lack the Holocaust entry.

It's so baffling because the Nuremberg trials were such a big thing right after WW2. If the holohoax was such a big deal to the kikes they'd be harping on it right away and not wait 30+ years. Unless they needed enough time for everyone to forget about it so they could get away with their big lie.
