We probably shouldn't pretend that ignorance is to blame in most cases. Ignorance may be present, but it's just a symptom of the root problem. If they're ignorant of that law, it's because they don't care about that law. Even if they knew that law, they still don't care.
It's pretty clear when you watch these videos, it isn't a game of reasoning. You aren't dealing with reasonable agents, like if you take their queen with your bishop they're going to simply say: "Sir, that was a great argument. Have a wonderful day."
It's about power. They respond this way because their perceived station in the hierarchy is challenged by someone who they expect to listen to them. You're out of order.
Laws are for the courts. The only reason for ever invoking laws has to do with defending yourself against a judge or prosecutor before the law. They aren't magic fucking spells that make ground-level enforcers stop what they're doing. The only reasons cops have for doing something differently are as follows: (i) they're ordered to do something differently or (ii) they perceive you could become a threat to their wellbeing if its taken in front of a judge/jury. Subtly demonstrating knowledge of the law isn't a magic spell; it's more like both of you seeing the flop in poker, and you raise.
What you have on your side are precedents. Do and say as little as you are required to. If they want to arrest you, let them. Then sue.
This also means that you should play your cards intelligently. You don't need to make every interaction with cops a battle for position. That's probably not going to work out in your favor. Avoid situations where you're likeliest to encounter cops. Don't do stupid shit. The phrase, "I don't answer questions," is probably your safest bet. Don't tell them how to do their jobs. Just don't do what you don't have to, and give them the rope to hang themselves with.
That's going to be a 'triggering' reply for some of them, from watching bodycam videos. If you don't want to escalate, something more deflective might be better if the cop isn't chill.
"My attorney advised me to not answer questions without consulting him."
"I'm not an attorney so I have to decline making statements."
"I've watched those shows, so I have to decline to answer."
Use humor, or be matter of fact. Depends on the cops attitude, the situation, and whether you want to anger them or defuse the incident.
If you're making a video for your youtube channel, the old "Fuck YOU pig" could result in a lot of extra views, but those might not offset the other stuff that happens.

On the whole Cops are zog bots are purposely ignorant of Constitutional rights - even those that acknowledge citizen's constitutional rights generally ignore those rights or purposely escalate in order to create Probable Cause for an arrest (which then allows seizure and search of person and belongings).
Once you realize you can spend all year online every day 'only ' watching corrupt zog bots at work brutalizing innoccent normies and entirely stitching them up (along with actual violent thugs - cops make zero distinction - We are all the same) - you realize it's not just a few bad apples - Law enforcement is rotten from the top down and to the core.
ACAB. Police are not your friends, never ever talk to the Police. They will only make a bad situation worse.
