I never used smart keys. They are junk without any security. Thieves don't even need to lock pick anymore. They just need a radio scanner.

Not if the cars are stolen on their way to the dealer. Ports are targets...unloading a lot of cars with minimal security, they can get 10-20 in one crack.

If it doesn't reach the dealer, its the auto manufacturer's money driving away.
