Caught some sickness, makes my throat hurt when I swallow. Probably fluvid. Anyway, I have a recipe that fixes all types of flu like sicknesses. Here it is:

Ingredients:
- Water to fill a pot or thermos
- Black Tea
- Chamomile flowers (optional)
- Marigold flowers (optional)
- Lemons
- Honey

Preperation:

1. Boil water, or put boiling water into a thermos
2. Put two lemons per 1000ml
3. Put enough honey so you can drink it because now it is sour
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and boil or let sit for at least an hour
5. Strain and drink hot. Drink all of it. At least twice a day.

I had the flu around 12/14 years ago. It really sucked, so I decided not to get it again. Same with colds. I've had a runny nose a few times, but overall am pretty happy with that decision. Think about it.

Most illnesses and infections are caused by intestial woes. I take a tablespoon of Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth in a class of orange juice. It pushes out all the bad stuff same day. Suddenly feel well.

Please be certain to use only food grade Diatomaceous Earth for medicinal purposes.

According to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, excessive exposure (for 40 hours a week over a prolonged period of time) to calcined (heated) non-food grade DE can cause silicosis and even cancer.

Here in NH, I walk the woods until I happen across some Chaga fungus growing on a white or yellow birch tree. Simmer some of that for an hour, makes an earthy tea that is loaded with antioxidants
