An old, old friend showed up at my door with a case of Hamms beer last Saturday. So naturally, me being me, i made him try to sing a song with me. Of his choosing.

After many beers were consumed, he chose Signs

The song Signs was first done by the Five Man Electrical Band but most people know the cover better than the original. That was done by a band called Tesla and the name of the album was Five Man Acoustical Jam. So, the original was done with electric guitars but the cover was an acoustic and more people seem to know the acoustic version.

I tried to make it play but it's taking me like 2 minutes to load a goddamned page.

Hamms had a real good song in their ad. Some kinda Indian beat. Feather Indian because there were no dot Indians at the time. "Hamms the sky blue water." Kinda like Kawliga by Hank Williams.

This reminds me of the time my brother and I got a 30 of Hamms and played 'Wisest Wizard'- a game where you duct tape your fresh beer on top of your empty. After a while you get this massive wizard staff. after 5 beers you level up and take a shot of whiskey in a symbolic 'boss battle' - we finished the 30 and had to dig into the old man's miller's.

We were early 20s late teens and it is still a fond memory. My parents were pissed though the backyard was trashed and we used almost all the firewood.

Yeah it's a blast lol that's not me btw just a random jewgle image, there are official rules posted online. I don't drink anymore but if my brother showed up with a case of hamms and some duct tape I'd don my wizard robes and become the Wisest Wizard.
