Laws and rules absolutely matter. The opposing democrat candidates and the GOP in each state would have an obligation to object to this attempt and the law is very clear.

First, look no further than our southern border for an active illustration that laws don't matter. Second, many, if not most state GOP officials are comped double agents. At that level and above, you don't play unless you're on the team.
The border. The left is giving them due process and releasing them pending a court date. That's how they are circumventing the laws, without actually breaking them.
The GOP "officials" (what the fuck do you think that is?) are behildened to their precinct chairs. They don't have the authority to do whatever they want without explanation or justification.
You say the Dems are breaking the law and use an example of how they are legally circumventing the law.
Now, show me an example of them breaking the law with no explanation or give me the explanation that they would use to justify breaking these laws.
You think Governor Abbott or Governor DrSantis are gonna shit idly by and watch the DNC break Texas and Florida election laws because they are "comped double agents"? And, you don't think every republican voter in the state would just let them, no one filing a lawsuit?
Stfu, faggot. Go clutch pearls on reddit or sum shit.
We aren't "agreeing to disagree". I asked how they would justify ignoring election laws, especially given that they are using the election laws to go after Trump. You said, laws don't apply to "them", and then gave an example of the dems using the law to circumvent immigration law.
If I asked how the dems would justify letting in millions of illegal immigrants, the correct answer would be, "they are citing them, giving them a court date to hear their request for asylum, and releasing them until that date. This is the dems recognizing that the immigration laws apply and them giving a legal way to circumvent those laws without breaking them.
Now, how do "they" circumvent these election laws?
