If I asked how the dems would justify letting in millions of illegal immigrants, the correct answer would be, "they are citing them, giving them a court date to hear their request for asylum, and releasing them until that date. This is the dems recognizing that the immigration laws apply and them giving a legal way to circumvent those laws without breaking them.
