What's your opinion of processed food may I ask?

I'm a firm believer a lot of the shit they label as food is disproportionately bad for you depending on your demographics. How many straight white men do you know are allergic to lactose or gluten?

Most "gluten intolerant" people see their health improve by cutting out wheat. It's not the gluten but the other shit in flour.

None. I dont know any straight female hispanics that are allergic to gluten or lactose either.

But they are out there somewhere. Which is what makes this womans ( Becker) talk interesting. She's pinning a lot of stomach and neuro issues to flour.

My interest in the flour milling came from reading a million articles and marketing and research papers about how eventually the bugs are going to be put in everything.

Its not even a hohoho "conspiracy". Everything regarding using insects in food products from 2016 and up and probably even before then has all went according to plan beautifully. They even credit covid for proving the disruption needed to gain a strong foothold in the market.

I'm straight, white, and celiac it's a genetic condition and the gene just activated about 4 years ago, it's not an allergy.

I used to think the shit was fake and gay too but it's likely that there is a common gene that is being triggered by an epigenetic factor that has become prevalent in recent times.

Allergy explosion likely has much to do with pesticides.
