What’s the point of SCP and CCP?

What is the point of having SCP and CCP when people with negative SCP and CCP are still allowed to post and comment? Is it just a requirement when someone is new because they have to meet a threshold before they can start posting their own content? I’m seeing more and more faggots with negative numbers posting crap and seem to do it with impunity.

He's been a nuisance since OG voat. Not sure if you know this or not, but he owns the conservatard sites that he links to. It's all about generating traffic; he never engages with goats or even replies.

I'll give him this though: He does pick up on nuances that most outlets won't mention, but it's typically negated by lack of any source, credible or otherwise.

The conspirologist drama is funny to me, but carnold gets on my fucking nerves with his religious spam and RIPs about people I don't give a flying fuck about.
