I think the story is fake, but it still brings up the point that a couple would have the right to decline any doner, just as much as any person can decline to date others, and this includes on the basis of race, etc.

But there is a bigger picture here. And that is the absolute mess IVF and sperm doner programs cause. There is a reason the Catholic Church forbids it
