You can hear how he's been trained to accept indignities as his lot in life as a wage slave. Subservient little people are a necessary component of modern jewish society, but it's especially sad when it's so obvious they've been tamed and housebroken.

So who was right?

I'd say neither is right, although his meek rebuttal is correct.

This is one of the aspects of our species that makes me anti-social. Assuming that was a White man at one point, he's been domesticated into an obsequious house pet.

Thomas Gray pretty much nailed it in his poem with the (bastardized) conclusion; "Ignorance is bliss". If happiness is the primary goal, don't look too closely at human society.

It's not that! He doesn't have a regular job like the average Joe-schmoe. He loves that job, and worked his ass off to get it. Everything is recorded, and brought before a tribunal (of sorts). He has to defer to the Tower, he can argue it later, but, real-time is NOT the time to have a discussion about right or wrong. Shame on the aviation industry for flooding their ranks with unskilled & unqualified ground support! The Tower should ONLY be staffed with retired pilots, people who have actually flown a damn plane!

I agree with your theory about competence. This is clearly not that world.

That movie was so popular because it was both entertaining, and incredibly insightful.
