Please explain to everyone how that actually works. I’m telling you that the device in that video is fake as fuck and this is some fear mongering bullshit. You prove that it’s real or quit spreading this bullshit as fact.

Until you provide proof of claim you are a gay nigger from outer space and will be treated accordingly. Fuck you.

Sure you put your card through the skimmer and it goes through the skimmer hole which reads the magnetic stripe before the actual processing computer reads the magnetic stripe. Then the skimmer holds all the data until the person who put the skimmer on comes by to collect the skimmer and what they have is a whole bunch of credit card numbers that were encoded in the magnetic stripe which they can then sell on the black market.

We had a big problem with these skimmers a while back, big difference was they communicated through bluetooth to a nearby computer so no-one had to actually download the data. Some even have a camera. Unfortunately they are all too real.

Nigger, there is no part of that device that performs the tasks you are explaining. Nothing about that fake ass thing skims the magnetic swiping part. There are no electronics around the chip reader part either. You’re a god damn gay nigger from outer space you fucking faggot ass bitch.

I have to agree. The video is so brief it's difficult to tell, but I don't see any electronics that would actually scan the card, either chip on the front of the card or the magnetic strip on the back, which is the easiest part of the card to scan.

Can you elaborate on how this is fake? I'm genuinely interested.

When he flips it you briefly see the battery on right of keypad and skimming electronics on left

Nothing contacts the magnetic strip on the card, dumbass.

Are you so fucking retarded you have not heard of NFC contactless readers! The phone you shove up yo ass every night most likely has one.

What makes you think that?

[ - ] Lost_In_The_Thinking 0 points 1.3 yearsJan 12, 2024 01:01:52 ago (+0/-0)

That was my observation too. There are electronics, but what is the mechanism that would contact the strip or the chip that could get the information? And if it did, how would it convey that data to the real POS device where the transaction would go through?

NFC
