Look! dassar has been there for me during my health condition (Haemorrhoids).He has proved to be very empathetic and it sometimes feels he's there with me in the Torture Chamber (aka toilet) telling me not to despair. I've endured 4 weeks of unrelenting discomfort/pain. dassar helped work out a diet regimen and things have definitely improved. Not out of the woods yet but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. None of the other bros have been as supportive as dassar and he's listened to me regarding other woes in my life. The guy has a facility for listening and being compassionate.

I would imagine dassar is passing knowledge based on personal experience? I have nothing to offer as advice because I haven't experienced hemorrhoids. I can tell you about a broken back and shitty knees through!

That's what I thought too. Broken back sounds horrific - MTB riding? Shitty knees. Yep can identify albeit mine self-repaired after an apparent injury. Took 12 months. I thought I'd never bike ride/mow a lawn again.

Nope. Sports, FedEx through college, then moving a mattress and twisting wrong herniated a disc that would never heal. Now the disc is gone and I have metal scaffolding on my vertebrae.

Don't fuck up your lower back - waiting for the day you'll inevitably be incontinent due to nerve deterioration is not fun.
