restart from age 5. I would stare at my drunken and abusive parents with sharp, wise eyes and tell them both how they die, how two of their children die and then write out the quadratic equation and poisson probability statistics to drive the point home that I am clearly not the same child they knew the night prior. I would then offer them the chance to become wealthy by following my stock predictions for the next 40 years. I would calmly explain to my psychotic, abusive father that he he ever pulled off his belt and used it on me or my siblings ever again, or even deviated in any way from my directives, I would insert a cucumber into myself and then reach out to my kindergarten teacher with innocent teary eyes and shaky quivering voice that I need to go to the hospital because of what he did. "get rich, change your life course, help your children grow and be successful - or alternatively, die in prison. Your choice."
